Our office is located at Iten town behind Posta. Visit with your National ID and proof of land ownership. Fill out the application form, and our team will schedule a site survey. After assessment, pay the connection fee and our technical team will install your connection.

You can pay your water bill at our office in Iten during working hours. We accept cash and mobile money payments. Please bring your account number or latest bill for reference.
What should I do if I have a water leak?
If you notice a water leak, please contact us immediately at 0743286720 or visit our office. For emergencies outside working hours, leave a message and we'll respond as soon as possible.
